"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu. It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options. The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."

"The facilities igenerally were good but the basics werent right. There was no hot water but at the end of the stay I noticed that there was a hot water dial in a shower control box under the sink in the room. It would have been good to have had that pointed out but at the same time I didnt ask. If I had pointed out about no hot water then I might have been shown that but usually the hot water is controlled centrally in hotels. The real disappointment was that the room.safe failed on me twice and ruined 2 planned nights out. The safe wouldnt open and the hotel replaced the safe the first time with a safe just as old. The safes failed out of hours and there was nothing that could be done, no offer of a key but then the guy who came the next day said himself that there was no specific key as the safe's were too old. There wasnt even a callout fee to unlock the safe I wouldnt have liked to have paid a fee but if it was reasonable enough I would have. I found that the girls on the reception sniggered a lot. Perhaps I did do some things or mistakes that they found amusing but unfortunately I was exhausted because of care to family members and rhen 2 family bereavements. So this holiday neeeed to be a good one but it didnt work out that way and this hotel contributed to that. I must say the staff were good though including the reception staff even though I think they could be a little more professional at times. Best staff were cafe staff and door/ security."

"unit was missing a lot of necessary items. No toilet paper, no dish soap, no top bedsheet, blanket supplied but too small for two people. shoukd have microwave as people don’t really cook. tv was good as it had netflix and amazon. no garbage bags. water preasure was very low. I would recommend to stay at a hotel instead."

"i stayed this place for few nights its b'cause I didn't a choice to shop for hotel b'cause I was there to attend funeral for my aunt and uncle. the staffs are nice and friendly though the hotel it was ok, but needs a lot of update. the faucets its like broken and loose and has metal stains. the couch has tones of stains it feels dirty. in general the place its old but needs a lot of upgrade like faucets. towels seems old and Torne blanket was thin. Though the staffs were friendly and welling to help so they make up for things made me unhappy."
