「very good amenities and good price」

「高層マンションで、17階の部屋だったがシャワーがまったくと言っていいほど、出ないし、ぬるいし最悪だった。日本語を、話せるスタッフがいなくて、苦労した。」

「フライパンは柄が取れ、ドライヤ―からは火がふき、取り替えをフロントに伝えると、オーナーに電話をしてそのままスマホを渡され、自分で英語で苦情を言わなければならなかった。それは納得しても、約束した翌日朝届けると言う約束は守られず、またフロントに伝えると電話を丸投げされ、『約束したのにどうなってるの❗直ぐ届けて』というと家で使ってたと思われるひどい汚いフライパンとドライヤーが届いた。 ホテルではないので、しっかり怒って言わないと相手にして貰えません。日本ではあり得ない‼️」

「I use this hotel to store my luggage while I fly to boracay and they take good care of my luggage and very good cheese cake aswell」

「The property advertised walking distance from airport not so 12klms, walking distance to mall not so, had to use Three wheeler each way, walking distance to beach, didn't bother. Our taxi had big trouble finding this place there was no mention that it was in a complex Called Corinthians Subdivision, No number or the name on the building. The TV was not connected with aerial, I think the aircon needs regas, or replaced. But for the price I guess, I would rather pay extra and stay in something...

「No communication from the host. Hard to find even with Google maps. Had to run around the neighborhood asking people. Neighborhood security didn't know where it was. The host didn't even have me scheduled as booked and they had to look it up and find me. And the pictures show a cooking area that isn't in the room and nowhere to be found. Even with no refunds, it was worth leaving after the first day. We recommend somewhere else.」
