"No communication from the host. Hard to find even with Google maps. Had to run around the neighborhood asking people. Neighborhood security didn't know where it was. The host didn't even have me scheduled as booked and they had to look it up and find me. And the pictures show a cooking area that isn't in the room and nowhere to be found. Even with no refunds, it was worth leaving after the first day. We recommend somewhere else."

"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"We absolutely loved this condo. It was the first time staying in Lapu-Lapu. We were here for a month. The traffic was probably the only downfall, but once we were back on property we loved the resort feel.John and Rhoda were amazing. John was easily available via mobile and very quick in responding to all communications.The condo was lovely and having access to resort amenities was definitely something we took advantage of with our 9 year old grandson!We arrived from USA at 1am and we checked in...

"The room was stinky. Faucets are rusted. The sink drainage flows direct to the ground & wont drain properly. Water at the shower is leaking. We've killed small cockroaches. Dirty flooring. The rice cooker was so filthy. Overall it was disgusting! The pictures online were deceiving. "
