Good place to crash. The washing machine needed troubleshooting in order to for it to complete the wash. There are 2 different lobbies, got to go to the correct one to check in. Staff is very helpful. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Location is awesome. Plenty of dining options.

Looks can be deceiving

The first initial look it was clean and decent but the longer i stayed the more i notice things that needed to be addressed. Shower head needed to be replaced... washer/dryer combo wasnt working properly 😑... roaches were in the bed frame and the kitchen..they come out when cooking. ...the staff were great and the pool could need some fixing...the walk way(wooden boards)around the pool were very slippery when wet.Air con were old but worked well.

TLDR: you get what you pay for WiFi didn’t work, no signal by the property but once you leave you get signal. They couldn’t find my booking and it took an hour for them to find it. That is probably not their fault. Being asked for ten pesos to make copies of my passport was weird. I don’t like how they had to go to another building to make copies with my important documents. To get to the private beach you have to go somewhere else, that was not listed on Expedia at the time of booking. The room was okay until I stepped into the bathroom and felt the tile sink and water spurt out of the floor. After that, I booked another hotel and checked out. I spent a total of maybe 5 minutes in the room and almost 90 minutes trying to check in and out. The desk worker and doormen were nice.

This is not a hotel as it looks on the advertisement. It is a ‘host’ that manages a number of properties over multiple sites and can be difficult to deal with. From the start it was a challenge. We went to the address on our booking only to be told by the concierge that there was no booking for us. It was only after our insistence that we were sent to another site and we got into our room - in all this took about an hour! Upon arrival in the room it had not been cleaned properly there was hair on the floor and the shower was dirty. The room was supposed to have bottled water supplied and there was none (eventually only getting 2 x 250ml bottles). The TV and free WiFi that were supposed to be available did not work. There was supposed to be beach frontage and there wasn’t. The other facilities, pool, etc were good… but were left very disappointed with the stay. We would not recommend it.
