Location is good - very near to The Outlets, banks, SM hypermarket, Robinsons Supermarket, massage and public transport. Despite the busy street, the hotel building is situated inside, away from the street noises. This is my 2nd visit after my last trip in Dec 2019 and one of the front desk staff could recognised me (thumbs up !!) Breakfast is good although the spread is limited. I booked 2 rooms and requested to change from King room to Deluxe Twin which were readily accomodated. However, I realised that the Deluxe Twin room size is smaller than the King room which I have stayed last Dec. Generally, the room is clean but the toilet facilities were basic, no bidet and the shower spray looked due for change. Free transfer to the airport. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our stay. Hope the next time I come, there will be some upgrading done.

I like the Appleton Hotel .. the rooms are spacious and clean . Elevator to take you up to your room . The staff are nice and friendly , well located in Lapu Lapu close to cafes , restaurants etc . I will be returning again

The Appleton is a great hotel. The staff is tremendous. The hotel is great it has nice modern rooms, which are spacious. Breakfast is included, which is well balanced. Airport pickup and dropoff is included. Appleton van is modern van and very comfortable. The Appleton is close to a great deal of shopping and restaurants. Found a Denny's close by. Yes in Mactan. There are more modern like in America there. Classy hotel.
