On behalf of my family stay in Marco Polo Plaza Cebu,I would recommend to the extreme highest level..Why? Even simple asking questions from a well trained staff from dinning is a big impact and it matters really to us..To make the story short,At breakfast time,the dinning staff ask if they have extra (person ) for breakfast.Then my brother said yes,So the staff ask if they have any ID’s like Seniors ID so that they can get discounts.So from that conversation you really appreciated how they treated the customers well.. From Front Desk to room services to dinning and to amenities everything are commendable.Food are superb and deli.Staff are well trained with very calm and you won’t feel awkwardness. All in all are excellent,perfect stay with comfort and beautiful ambiance! Now We Knew where to STAY NEXT VACAY! Thank you Marco Polo Plaza Cebu for giving my family an unforgettable stay . The Marco Polo is a great hotel to stay in Cebu city. Staff are all amazing. After a 36 hour travel day from Canada they gave us an early room checkin. The Breakfast buffet is amazing with so much selection with a lot of the items changed every day. Our room with a sea view on the 21st floor had an amazing view of Cebu city. Will definitely stay again when I return to Cebu City.

We usually stay at Marco Polo when we arrive in the Philippines, both on the first and last nights of our trip. It’s easy to get to the hotel by taxi, and it feels very safe. The staff are fantastic—from check-in to housekeeping and the restaurant. Marco Polo in Cebu has one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. There’s everything from fresh fruit to delicious dishes from all over the world. The hotel rooms are quiet, so you really get a chance to rest without being disturbed. As always, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at Marco Polo, which we consider one of the very best hotels in Cebu. We can truly and warmly recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Cebu—you won’t regret it.
