「The dining options were quite limited, and unfortunately, the overall food quality did not meet my expectations—especially in comparison to my experience at the Wyndham Altra Cancun. I also would have appreciated more authentic cuisine offerings.
That said, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment shows were enjoyable. However, the frequent karaoke nights felt repetitive, and I would have preferred a greater variety of themed events, such as a white party or 80s/90s...

「When we booked the trip, we specified that we need double beds and it was indicated in our itinerary. We emphasised that at check in and they assured us that we were getting exactly what we requested. Nevertheless, when we arrived at the room, it turned out there was only one bed. It was pretty disappointing, they brought additional small bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Finally, they moved us to another room in two days.」
