「Did not receive upgrade, my fault. I did not mention my Expedia status. I was later offered an upgrade. I was very happy with our room and declined upgrade. The staff was very help full and good natured, shout out to Benjamin. We love that you can stay out of the sun or rain most of the time due to the layout. The grounds are beautiful and lush. 「全体的に老朽化しており、整備や清掃が行き届いていない部分がある。事前に分かっていたことだが、全体的にこじんまりとしていて、オールインクルーシブで過ごすにはアクティビティが少ない。」

「Great stay. We snorkeled the two shipwrecks in front of the resort. Swam in Cathedral Cave. Fed fish. Walked to the Blue Hole and did the cliff diving. Also walked to the Swizzle Inn. The location was fabulous. We hope to return some day.」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. 「Most of the staff were amazing, especially the breakfast crew at the Veranda. The bartenders were honestly, hot and cold. The lunch venue by the pool staff, provided food that was mediocre/bad tasting and so was their attitude. Overall, it is checked off our bucket list...never again」
