"The staff at check-in / out wasn’t warm and friendly and therefore the welcome / check-out felt very transactional. The housekeeping policy is pretty bad — my apartment wasn’t cleaned even once during my 4 night stay.
2 bedroom Apartments were tiny. I wouldn’t recommend this place and unlikely to go back. "

"We enjoyed the range of kids’ activities, services, pools, food options, and the area around the hotel. We did not opt for the all-inclusive dining due to the cost. The buffet breakfast was super & included in the room rate, and it became repetitive after a few days.
Overall, my family had a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel."
