"The room was spotless clean , The breakfast was amazing with variety of food items . They weee very tasty . Then staff was great and responsive to our needs . Beautiful and historic Hotel . Would visit again "

"Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date. The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February. Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started. "

"Very helpful front desk staff and courteous lobby personnel. Large comfortable bed. The room cleaning staff also do a great job. There is complimentary access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The breakfast selection is large and of excellent quality."
