「Real nice and helpful the staff and I liked the hotel room and the breakfast was good」

「Very comfortable bed」

「Needs upgrading」

「The staff was very helpful!」

「The stay was good, our room was clean! The staff was nice. Wasn’t happy with how the place smelled!」

「Good」

「Very nice hotel, the presentation was excellent. Our room was great it had everything we needed and comfortable. There were just a couple of things that I saw: while in the room I happened to see that the fitted sheet did not fit the mattress very well. As for breakfast the hard boiled eggs we couldn't get the shell off.」

「Very outdated, mold in the rooms, more than one bug found」

「Good job」

「Especially for the price, this was an excellent hotel! Everything was clean, the breakfast had a solid selection, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was very nice with a nice selection of shops and restaurants nearby. I really liked the fact that there was a water fountain with a bottle filler and 24 hour tea and coffee service. Again, for the price you can't really ask for more. If I get a chance, I...

「Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Conference Experience! I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Harrisburg while attending a professional conference. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. One of the highlights was the food! My fellow conference attendees and I repeatedly commented on how delicious, flavorful, and beautifully prepared the meals were. The quality of the food truly stood out...

「The bathroom was not clean. The tub was so dirty we couldn’t shower in it. Hair clumps left, smelled bad in there. Beeping was going off at early hours. If they could improve their cleaning it would be better, but it was a huge disappointment.」

「Very outdated. Staff won’t help with anything and is standoffish. Bathroom by the breakfast/lobby was broke the whole stay. Strong cannabis smell in the stairs and hallway that came into my room. TV kept stop working. Shower fan was falling out of the ceiling. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Old furniture. Window didn’t lock, thankfully was in the 2nd floor. Did report things to the desk and sometimes would come up to help and other times didn’t. Stay away!」
