Room was awful- giant dirty spot on bed comforter blanket, bathroom dirty, had no toilet paper, a broken toilet seat. TV also was not working and no wifi- I had work to do but when trying to log into internet it brought up a safety certificate showing New York (this was in PA) so I stopped right there as I had data sensitive work to do. Guess you get what you pay for but this was a horrible experience- oh dirt balls working there and dirt balls banging on a door trying to knockj it down right in front of my car in the morning- couldn't wait to high tail it out of there before cops came and think I was a part of that!

Sheets were stained badly . Couldn’t tell if they were clean or not ; had to swap them out . After Bathroom gets steamy from shower , water leaks from ceiling making the floor wet Queen double bed only had 2 towels 2 rags(limited linen) Bathroom NASTY !! Entire room Floor NASTY !! Dresser Tops NASTY !! we called inquiring about adjoining rooms a week or 2 prior(and every other day including day of reservations) and was told they were unavailable. Same day of reservation the room right next door was available (curtains were wide opened) . Lady at front desk said next time call ahead of time / same lady whom told us adjoining room were unavailable each time we called .

Cockroaches, dead bugs in refrigerator, dirty stained sheets and towels. Looked like toilet overflowed at some point and wasn’t cleaned up. There was dry toilet paper and slug on the floor. I do have pictures if anyone is interested.

Blood stains found on the sheets, paper thin walls that let us be an audience for the adult activities happening in the next room (my daughter is traumatized), bathroom faucet was broken, dark stains on the comforter on one of the beds.

Floor was dirty. Bathroom had roaches on walls. TV remote broken. Floor had burn marks next to bed from what appeared to be a fire. Soap was cheap small bar. Sink faucet was loose and sprayed water at you. Shower water pressure was poor. Towels were old and thread bare, but clean. Night stand lights had no light bulbs in them. Overall a terrible experience.

No smoke detector. No warm blanket. Broken dresser drawer...lady at desk hard to understand. Employee was waiting outside for us to finish loading our car then asked us if we were checking out rather then wqiting for us to approach the desk. I could keep going on and on....

I called and cancelled on 24 of September they said ok and i didn't get any cancellations information and on 3 of October there was a change of 70 something and change on my credit card i called them and no answer i left a message and of today i haven't received a call or anything, will not book anything else with them, Ray Banks

I was signed up to pay when I arrived but they had already charged my card. I paid for nonsmoking rooms and without a doubt someone had smoked in these rooms prior to my visit. The complex looks more like extended stay and the crowd hanging around seem to live there. I will sum up my visit; when I got out of the shower nicotine dripped from the ceiling onto my shoulder. This place is disgusting.

My reservation was for two non-smoking rooms which was confirmed by email. When I checked in the desk person told me I had reserved two smoking rooms. I showed her my confirmation email with nonsmoking rooms indicated. Fortunately there were nonsmoking rooms available but don’t know what I would have done if there weren’t. The person at the desk was not very polite when she insisted I had not reserved nonsmoking rooms.

I don’t normally leave remarks but I feel I need to on this one. I paid for a NON SMOKING room, with queen beds. I get there and I prepaid mind you several hours before. “We only have one room left and it’s a smoking room. Fine. Whatever. My kids and I needed a place to sleep. We go into the room. No queen beds. Two tiny ones. Toilet wouldn’t flush. The rubber around the floor was coming off and caused a trip hazard and the room reeked of marijuana. I won’t be back. I feel I should have been refunded some of my money for not having Queen beds and given a junk room.the sheets were stained. I had my service dog too and worried half the night if someone was going to come through the door between rooms.

Motel from Bug Hell

The room was CRAWLING with bugs. EVERYWHERE you looked there were bugs everywhere. Didn’t even attempt to open the mini fridge because the bugs on the outside was enough to scare u away. The bathroom was the scariest bug place. The sheets were dirty and I slept in the hard plastic chair for one hour before the crawling bugs became way too much and I paid almost $100 for this crapshoot. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dirty mildew or smoke smelling rooms. Felt unsafe. Dont ever go alone. I will never go to a crumb hole again. Barf. The bed was the only part that was fine.
