"No one at the front desk upon arrival. Had to track the manager down. Other than that, everything was fine."

There was no full length mirror which i really missed, and there was no coffee maker in the room which I also would have liked."

"I had paid for a room with a hot tub. That didn't happen. The first room I was put in stank of cat urine. The second room haded a bathroom with cracked sink housing and a filthy tub. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a shower. The bed looks like it's falling apart. The thermostat couldn';t be regulated. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."
