「The room was what was to be expected and for the price it was nice. I have stayed in more expensive places that were less impressive. I will say that I paid in advance and was nice made aware of a policy that includes charging my card BEFORE I stay in the room and as if they are assuming I’m going to break all the motel rules. 「We have been staying at this BW for many years as we frequent the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were in a room that was recently completed. While it was clean/spotless, the water pressure in the shower was low and lacking hot water. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms especially noticeable by the shower. The new lamps are stylish yet have little function. The beds had previously been equipped with high intensity reading lamps which looked hastily...

「We stopped over for a quick night sleep and breakfast. Entrance way, first opinion, was full of bagged salt and a stored snowblower. All necessary equipment, but could have been stored another place. The frig for storing the yogurt and butter and such was in a corner and the door hinge was on the wrong side that couls easily been reversed. The card key system was failing after 3 attempts to enter the room with different cards the staff joined us to ensure we were using the card properly only to discover there was a problem. 「This property claims pet friendly. IT IS NOT. Tried to check in and they would not give me a room. Was also charge for a no show. Because of total incompetence by Expedia I missed my nephew's wedding ceremony. In addition the place is a dump. The pictures are phony. I was also charge which I am fighting as I DID SHOW UP AND WAS REFUSED A ROOM. TOTAL FRAUD BY ALL.」
