"The room was very clean and efficient. The staff was professional. The noise from the heater was a bit loud and the lighting from outside made the room not very dark so hard to sleep. I will probably stay again. Thank you."

"Wonderful as always! We come back every year. This year we were fortunate enough to be treated to a very picturesque snowfall during our stay. Couldn't think of a cozier and more peaceful place to be.Allison is a fantastic host and we always feel welcome. See you next year!"
"Just returned home from staying here over the weekend, and it was fantastic. Let me start by saying that the hosts are wonderful! It was a little chilly in the barn for my husband, and we asked if we could have the heat turned up and it was no problem at all. Melissa immediately turned it up and told us if we needed it up more, to let her know. This is a very clean and well kept property. The kitchen has everything you could need. Plenty of dishware and utensils. Lots of coffee and hot chocolate pods. Spiral staircase that goes right into the upstairs bedrooms. A double and a twin in the 1st bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There is also a regular staircase off of the downstairs bedroom which has a queen bed also. There is also a pretty comfy couch in the downstairs bedroom. The bathroom is off the kitchen. Now the bathroom is not huge, but is spacious enough. Has adequate shelving over the toilet. Water pressure in shower was great! The living room is pretty big! Dining room table that could easily fit 8 people. Curved leather couch with a Roku tv. Also a couple of rocking chairs. Lots of toys for little ones too. Our great nephews, ages 8 and 3 had a really good time when they came to visit. Also a good choice of books and movies to choose from. Lots of cool little antiques around too. Nice Christmas tree set up in the living room. Also, lots of blankets!! It was very nice and cozy. 25-30 minute drive to Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, etc..."

"We spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful 1770s stone farmhouse with our extended family — five bedrooms, two spacious kitchens, and plenty of space for all of us to spread out comfortably. For Thanksgiving dinner, we cooked together using the fully equipped kitchens, and there was more than enough room at the big dining table for everyone. The combination of history, peaceful farmland views, and cozy comforts made this place feel like a “home away from home.”"

"The owners, Jenn and Bryan, are the most thought hosts we have ever had! We loved meeting the horses, dogs, and pig, and the beauty and tranquility of their home is incredible! The carriage house is a perfect blend of modern and farm decor. All the extra amenities have been provided, from bathroom necessities to kitchen supplies, and even coffee for quiet mornings watching the sunrise. Jenn and Bryan even thought of helpful amenities for our dog, such as bowls, treats, and clean-up bags.Check-in and check-out are simple, hosts are wonderful, and the property is even better than expected!"
