「A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price.」

「Messaged the host multiple times with over 24 Hours for a single response. Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging from the wall, no batteries in the living room remote, and no hot water in the shower. Conflicting information in the property amenities and information. Fine location for adults but definitely not for someone with small children. 「Fair place for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. However the rest of the apartment really needs a deep clean and some updates. Floors, tables, counters were all sticky. Walls need to be scrubbed. Minimal kitchen/cooking utensils. Toilet seat was very loose. I did reach out to Jordan about early arrival and he was quick to respond but did charge us 25 to arrive 2 hours early. This is a place that has good potential if a little more work was put into it.」
