「We had a lovely weekend at Sycamore Cottage. It is finished to a very high standard, is well equipped and was very clean. Owners were helpful. Hot tub is definitely a bonus and I'm sure it's lovely to sit in the garden when it's warmer. On road parking but we had no issues there.There was a lovely welcome pack and the dog appreciated the biscuits too!Bonsall itself is a nice village, with 2 pubs, both dog friendly. Definitely book if you want Sunday Lunch at the Barley Mow.」

「The road up is definitely steep. And hard to park. But its a great location. Close to the cable cars. The house is kind of oddly decorated but was clean and loved the view from the table outside in the morning.」

「Accomodation was larger than it looks in the photos, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable, however I would take earplugs as I struggled to sleep due to the cars going past outside. I had to go and buy some from the town centre. At night the cars whizz past really fast. The listing states that there is free parking but this isn’t true- you have to pay for it. 「Good location and friendly neighbours. Doors in bad condition, especially the front door which on one occasion jammed shut, imprisoning us inside - had to climb out of the window at some peril. A real fire hazard. Insufficient towels and toilet paper for a 4 - person 4-day stay. Television barely worked, patchy reception」
