"Nice hotel with everything we needed. The staff were all professional and polite. The bar was decent and they asked everyone if they wanted another drink before closing. The breakfast was good. We would return if we ever stop in Nottingham again."

Also, what’s with the need to type in a code to get into your room every time - seems a bit like a cheap out move compared to every other hotel where you just tap a room card - £177 A NIGHT!! Good breakfast, albeit with cheap ingredients, but the shower was exceptional. But not really worth the money - I felt ripped off."

Lobby was partly boarded up; the pool was completely closed. Room was old-fashioned and bland. Fine with all of this if they DROP the prices massively and explain the situation in advance. But of course, they did not. "

"Rooms are spread out through a sprawling building. Lots of long corridors and up and down stairs. Having said that, the rooms are nice, bed comfy, and clean. Breakfast was also good, but not exceptional. "
