「The location and flat were great. The host was very communicative and followed up as needed. They checked in with us to make sure things were ok, and they responded quickly. The flat was a perfect space for our holiday get away. The valet parking was also a great perk. The one thing that I wish we knew was that the amenities offered in the building would be closed for the holiday which is one reason we booked there, but overall it was a great experience. 」

「This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. When the kitchen ceiling sprang a leak due to the large amounts of rain, the property manager wasn’t concerned or responsive until Expedia Customer...

「Second time staying in the building. Nice place. Everything as expected. As close as you can get to Bishop Arts District and handy to downtown and freeway access. On-site parking very helpful (there’s not much in the area). Environment is safe though I wouldn’t wander blocks away at night. Only down is that Saturday night was loud and rowdy til 2 am.」
