「Do not stay here. I rented this property for a weekend with family, only to find out that it was a scam!!! I emailed the host twice, called the number provided and tried to contact the property manager with no response. Finally I contacted VRBO -while I was driving to the city 5 hours away only to find out I will have to stay somewhere else not of my choosing- (two hotel rooms) so our family was split up. 「Great location, pretty good price and responsive host. The place was not cleaned well at all. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and silverware draw, dirty floors, really dirty entrance way outside, garbage left in garbage and areas in bathroom that presented as not being cleaned well. Smoke detector missing. It was nice having laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I definitely does not sleep 4, max 3 but even that would be real tight. Could use a real couch that goes into bed in living room. No where...

「We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. 」
