"⚠️ WARNING: Miss the first night, they cancel your entire trip with ZERO refund!I booked a 4-day stay through Expedia, but due to an unexpected issue, I missed the first night. Instead of just charging me for the missed night, the hotel and Expedia completely canceled the remaining 3 days of my reservation and refused to issue a refund for a single dime.When I reached out for help, Expedia blamed the hotel's strict "no-show" policy, and the hotel blamed Expedia's third-party booking terms. Neither company was willing to show an ounce of human empathy or customer service to reinstate the remaining nights or offer a partial credit. They effectively took my money for a 4-day vacation"

"I stayed for one night at the Westin. I valeted and the staff was nice. The check in person was very kind and the process was seamless. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was superb and the staff there were great. I will stay here again whenever travels bring me back to Dallas."

"This is a nice hotel; it just lacks some of the luxury you would expect from a 4 star. The first room we were assigned felt so closterphobic we requested a different room which was taken care of without any issue. It was just disappointing to get that room when the hotel was not packed. THe hotel elevators and lobby were just lacking and felt small."

"Room is modern and clean, parking costs 19$ a day. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, fixed low water pressure in my room and also helped me get the right receipts for my business trip. Would stay again!"
