"Check in was at 3pm I came at 5 and still had to wait. Got to the room and the refrigerator had old food still in it. Had to pay for parking plus 150 deposit "

"House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue."

"Great stay! The hotel bar was excellent, especially the bartender Jonathan! Makes the perfect cocktails. "

"Room was spacious and very clean. The bed frame was a bit larger than the mattress and there was a lot of shin and leg banging on the metal. We did leave with bruises from it. They did seem to be in the process of changing our beds. A very great location. Walking distance to many restaurants."

The accessibility features are clearly intentional and thoughtfully done. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and a place I’d happily come back to."
