"The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Near major freeways. Rooms are suites. Free parking and hot breakfast. Staff is always friendly and offer to help with restaurant suggestions. "

"The property is going through a renovation, and the renovation work is shoddy and does not look professionally done. We arrived on a Saturday and were told by staff that the hotel was running out of hot water, and they were working on it. No one ever told us we would not have hot water for 2.5 days. We were not given a discount or an option to cancel and stay at another hotel. The staff did their best, but the manager Vitti should really be held responsible, what type of manager does not show up to deal with the crisis? We never saw Vitti or had communication from anyone at the hotel regarding the status of the hot water. In fact we never saw the manager the 4 nights we were there. We had to constantly check at the desk to get the status. Why didn't they hire an emergency plumber to get the parts to correct the issue at the hotel? It's a public health issue and I will be contacting Dallas Public Health as well. Also rooms were not as a clean as they could be and floors appeared dirty and not mopped. Adjoining rooms are extremely loud we had room 125 and and the adjoining room, always had very loud families and children. The last night of our stay a woman was screaming well into the early morning hours. I finally banged on wall and she finally stopped. I have so many things to say but will run out of characters to write them all. I would not stay here ever again."

"I thought the hotel was brand new, but found out is was built in 2017. It is in excellent condition. The exercise room was very nice with well maintained equipment. The staff was personably, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was good and staffed to respond to all requests and to provide assistance. The room was clean. The kitchen well organized and stocked. The grounds were excedingly well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I am impressed and will make it a point to stay here in the future."

"Room could have been cleaner, dead bug on the floor. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Single bed in room should be a least a queen! Workout room was not available. Breakfast was good, cost was good."

"arriving 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and the hot buffett and coffee were empty. We were told 5 more minutes multiple times and still only part of it was refilled. We were never able to get eggs or coffee. I typically love Embassy suites, but this visit was very disappointing. "
