" While I appreciate certain members of the staff for their assistance, there were several issues during our stay that made the overall experience frustrating. Communication between staff members needs significant improvement. Prior to our arrival, we called to inform the front desk that we would be arriving late due to unexpected car trouble, including two flat tires. Unfortunately, this information was not passed along during the shift change. As a result, when we arrived—tired and already stressed—we were told that no room was available for us, which was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, the staff on duty that night were helpful and ultimately accommodated us. Additionally, there was a billing issue where my card was charged three times, totaling over $700, when the correct amount should have been $325. I sincerely appreciate Ms. Karen for resolving this matter promptly. I would also like to thank Ms. Latanya for assisting us in receiving our Hilton Rewards points. While some staff members were very helpful and professional, others contributed to the lack of coordination and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Overall, there is room for improvement in communication and customer service consistency. "
