「Hotel is renovated and in great shape. Breakfast was decent and several choices. The only inconvenience was that their spectrum cable was not working so not TV besides streaming options. Overall was good for 1 night stay」

「基本的な設備は勿論ありますが、周辺のホテルに比べてだいぶ古いです。朝食は、バッフェで無いのが、かえって良かったです。意外と美味しい。」

「紹介ページに記載されている内容と異なる点がある ・safebox（金庫）は部屋にない。 ・ジェットバスはない ・冷蔵庫が冷えない。冷凍庫は使える。 また、それ以外に ・設備全般が古い。例えばバスルームの台は腐蝕している。鏡付きクローゼットが悲鳴のような鳴き音をたてる。シャワーヘッドから水漏れする。 ・間取りが変。例えばクローゼットがバスルームの中にあり、湿気が大変なことになるうえコートを部屋の入り口で脱ぐということができない。 ・プールはあるが噴水。 ・冷暖房がとてもうるさい ・バスルームの換気扇がとてもうるさい。 ・アメニティが補充されず、Laundry bagが足りないことがある。 など多数の不満な点がある。」

「Even though the Residence Inn was under renovation the staff and construction crew were very mindful of the guests as far as noise and interfering with our stay.」

「We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....
