"Every time I come to this hotel, it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and the people and meet at the hotel are very kind as well. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The parking is always safe and there’s always good spots available. The air conditioning always worked very well. It’s always a pleasant surprise every time I come thank you very much Dallas Lovefield in staff and Hotels.com for making the reservation and I’m the real person. This isn’t some paid review."

"This place is like HIGHWAY ROBBERY. After a 13 hour international flight, standing in lines for four hours and having my connecting flight cancelled, I scheduled a room at this place, drowsily thinking that I had the same day selected. I was about to get a taxi to go there and stay the night and realized that it was set for a day later (which my flight would be at that time). I called this place and it gave a voice message error talking about network issues on their end. After a few attempts and getting the same message I tried to contact them via Expedia app. No response until a day later. They decided that they don't care, they would not reimburse me. Basically they ROBBED me of my money and decide to send me a flipping customer satisfaction survey. DO NOT trust these THEIVES!"
