Everything was good except for the hold they put on your account when I paid for the room ahead of time so I was paid in full but they still charge my account $50 and they said they released it on Sunday and here it is 11 days later still not released and I called the bank for the second time and they said that it could take up to 30 days unless I get an email from the hotel stating that they release the money which is a lot of work and ridiculous for A to not stay no one should be able to hold your money that long when it’s not theirs in the first place"
