"I had a bit of an odd experience at this hotel. The amenities are fine, and the desk staff was very kind. Now the odd parts... * Water pressure in my shower (8th floor) was barely above a dribble. * My room was never serviced * On checkout day, the staff knocked on the door at 9:30, and proceeded to 3 more times before 11. The third time they just let themselves in as I was coming out of the shower. A little bit awkward to to have house keeping unexpectedly in my room while emerging nude from the shower an hour before checkout time. She was very apologetic at least. Not likely to stay here again."

"Avoid this property at all costs – unsafe and unsanitary. My recent stay at this hotel in Dallas was an incredibly disappointing and scary experience. From start to finish, the property failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and safety. The room felt and amelled extremely dirty, and the entire area smelled heavily of a cheap fragrance, clearly used to mask a strong, persistent smoke odor. Furthermore, the surroundings of the property felt very sketchy and unsafe. I spent the entire night unable to sleep, constantly worried that my vehicle would be broken into. The environment was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I witnessed people smoking weed in the parking lot and then heading directly into the pool area. There was also a significant amount of trash scattered throughout the parking lot. To make matters worse, when I asked the front desk for an extra blanket, they informed me that they didn’t have any available. Additionally, communication was difficult as the staff was hard to understand (foreign accent) I would strongly advise against staying here."

"This hotel needs seperate parking for its guests. As it is, parking is shared with resturants, stores, and apartments! Our room, 427, top floor, suffered from what sounded like utility equipment on the roof; a deep, throbbing rumble, not unlike a diesel locomotive idling. The floor need a good cleaning, my bare feet bottoms were black entering the shower. The long tray shower was extremely slippery, a rubber mat was needed, I used a towel to avoid falling. It seems the shower tray was not thouroughly rinsed after cleaning leaving a very slippery residue. Also, the open shower concept, ie no door, was not comfortable, too much "cold" air."
