"This was my first time booking a VRBO for my boss and his wife and I found the process to be frustrating. I had to deal with a management company instead of the owner of the condo. I have multiple emails and messages asking for information that I had provided. Once there, the kitchen faucet was broken, no pizza cutter and salt and pepper shakers that only gave you salt. I wish I could have dealt directly with the owner; I think the overall experience would be so much better. "

"The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, the bathroom had plenty of towels and even had additional supplies like first aid kits. The neighborhood felt very safe and I felt like I could be comfortable in this unfamiliar place. The check-in process was a little bit confusing, with multiple codes needed to access the apartment complex, the pool and the apartment itself, but it was easy once I had a better idea...
