"Decent stay with family"

"Very clean and the staff was really friendly. We had a slight issue with our key card and they were super quick to take care of it. Breakfast was ok. Having an indoor pool was nice with staying with kids. The gym is really clean and well stocked for a decent workout. There was a minor league hockey team staying the same night and staff told us since they sponsor the local team that they host the away teams when there are games. So if you're a hockey fan you might run into one of your favorite players! Would stay here again."

"This is my second stay here, both times have been excellent! Rooms are always clean, and cleaned daily even if you stay multiple days, the staff is super friendly, and they have excellent breakfast options in the mornings. "

"As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "

"Very clean, best place I have ever stayed "

"My daughter and I had dinner at the bar on Monday, 3/16. We were there from just after our check in (probably 7:30-8:00 pm) until after 10:00 pm. We had a very emotionally, physically, and mentally draining 10 days in McKinney and needed a break. For the time we spent at the bar, enjoying cocktails, wine, and dinner (the wings were fabulous!!!), Chris and Austin treated us like family members, allowing us an escape from a reality we never thought we would be dealing with. We would like to thank these two for the conversation and laughter. It was a much needed respite. We are truly grateful. Chris and Austin had no idea what we had been through, but delivered exactly what was needed in the moment!"

"Parking was great, even for my big truck. Plenty of room. Room was super clean, a/c kept us nice & cool. Had real soap in the bathroom. None of those slimy little bars, there was Dove liquid soap for shower & hand washing. "
