The room is efficiently comfortable. Enough space for our belongings.
Perfect temperature and water pressure.
Breakfast was above board. Mm y favorite - oatmeal, wasn't instant.
The hotel is close to our venue, WOGA. There are many different restaurants to choose from.

While the property is decent, we had a bad experience with the staff/management. We booked a king suite with a sofa bed via Expedia for two nights but when we arrived at night, we found that we were given a standard King room when we open the door. We went back to ask the front desk guy, who answered that we were downgraded due to overbooking. He offered to give us some Bonvoy points. Next morning, we went back and managed to speak to an assistant manager, who at the time promised to switch us to a King Suite when the room is cleaned and delivered on the Bonvoy points promised. However, when we returned after lunch we were told that no suite was available and there were no promises made!! It was repeatedly said that room type booked through a third party website is not guaranteed. The assistant manager was nowhere to be found. No compensation was offered for the 2nd day downgrade. Finally when I wrote to the hotel manager to complain about the situation. The manager very politely told me that it was the policy that 3rd party booking gets lower priority and no compensation was possible. Over my repeated objections, the manager said that I was already compensated. I read a lot of big words but it was essentially stonewalling. I really did not care that much about the compensation but the attitude really bothered me. Not to mention I am a Bonvoy Gold Member. Just beware!

The room was so clean and it even smelled great! The a/c was already running so it was not hot and stuffy. The staff was extremely courteous. Excellent area also. We were very pleased. I still can’t believe how clean the room smelled!

Staff were excellent. Room clean. Amenities good, except need to carry a few sundries (i.e. toothbrushes, toothpaste, deoderant, mouthwash etc.
