"Excellent hotel staff. On check in day (3/19/26 around 10/11am) I can’t recall the front desk staffs name during that time, but he was amazing and I was handled with care. I will definitely return. "

"The only problem we had was check in was at 3pm. We arrived around 2:45. The room was not ready. We had to find something to do until it was ready. They called to let us know it was ready at 4:50. That was pretty aggravating. The hotel was nice and clean. Room was great. Just the wait was the only issue. "

"Good condition, excellent staff. My only complaint is i dont think they are rotating the mattresses often enough. My feet were higher than my head sleeping which doesnt make for a great sleep. The beds and pillows are still comfy. Based on the rest of the service and ease into the mall, i would come back. "

"Was not happy to be assigned a disabled room on check in and when queried we were told “because you booked on Hotels.com”! Outdoor pool is not as pictured. It’s in the car park. Freezing cold (unheated) and a bit dirty. Male staff just could not be bothered with working. No bar. Usual crap Hilton breakfast. Would not recommend!"

"The staff was okay. Took forever to get my friend checked in due to not having the room cleaned in a timely manner. My room probably wasn’t that clean considering I found a Chromebook in the window sill. Do I’m quite sure housekeeping doesn’t open the curtains. Bed was comfortable. Not really worth what I paid for the 2 nights I was there. Felt very overpriced. Not worth the money "

"The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our first experience in Texas a great one. We felt very comfortable staying at the Hyatt House, and the breakfast was excellent. The omelette station, in particular, really stood out and impressed us."
