「Nice rooms. Clean. Great staff! Easy to access interstate. Close to good restaurants. Walking path right next to the river. Will definitely stay again if coming to KC. Construction around it isn’t pretty to look at but didn’t bother us at all. Worth it for the convenience and quality. Great value in that area!」
「Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend. 」

「Cleaning staff was very friendly every time I encountered them. Loved my suite and the bed was comfortable. During a hot August stay the AC worked well in such a big room. My only complaint would be the shower. The building clearly shows its age with the old shower, which has a semi-disgusting rusty moldy ventilation shaft that hovers by your head while you shower in a dimly lit tub. Other than that everything else was A+. 」
