「It was very clean hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. Comfortable beds would absolutely stay again.」

「Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....

「You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family....

「There was trash all over the property, my room didn't get cleaned until I said something to the front desk and that was the days after I arrived. The staff basically ignored my calls to the front desk no answer. The hall room 124 i was in smelled like weed. The whole hallway was smelling like weed. The breakfast was good. That was about it.」
