「The room is spacious and cool」

「We bumped into one hiccup with our room. The hotel staff took action immediately. Other than that, the hotel is nice, close to shopping and eating! 」

「Cleaning staff was very friendly every time I encountered them. Loved my suite and the bed was comfortable. During a hot August stay the AC worked well in such a big room. My only complaint would be the shower. The building clearly shows its age with the old shower, which has a semi-disgusting rusty moldy ventilation shaft that hovers by your head while you shower in a dimly lit tub. Other than that everything else was A+. 」

「Beautiful historic property. If you like historical hotels this is nice one. Staff was, without exception very good. I gave 4 stars because of the age and wear, which is to be expected, but might bother travelers who prefer newer properties. Great blackout curtains. The hotel bar was good.」
