"The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. "

"I stayed here to see a concert on November 15. The interior is beautiful and the service (front desk, valet) was excellent. All was very clean and the bed was amazing. I had a nice city view. The walk in shower was large and beautifully done. The interior decor of my room was up to date and very pretty. A couple of negatives was the high cost for valet parking and cost for meals and drinks in the bar. The space between the bed and the wall was barely enough to walk through to get to the left...
