「Everything was fine except there was no way to control the apartment temperature. Perhaps the thermostat was in the first floor apartment? When I asked the owner how to adjust the temperature, I received no reply at all.」

「The location was perfect for getting around town—we walked everywhere. This is a basement apartment and you can hear the people walking above a lot. We were welcomed by the people when we got there as they were sitting on their front porch—seemed very nice」

「The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...

「I came to kansas city to visit family and work. When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. All modern appliances, probably one of the cleanest places i've ever seen.
