"We stayed during a world cup game, and had Tickets for that game, well organized i must say. I loved that the Hotel is just walking distances away. And the authorities made sure that all the pedestrians made it to their destinations, in our case our hotel!. There was a little mishap after we went to bed, the alarm went off, but just the lights came on ( strobe lights ) no voice command. My oldest grandson went upstairs to find out what happened, and called me stating we have to evacuate the building. So we did that. While arriving upstairs at 11:30 pm, we found out that someone pulled the fire alarm accidently!.... So we could go back to our rooms and go to bed, but no the strobe light stayed on for quiet a while, I called the front desk, and they apologized, and stating they don't know how to cancel the strobe lights. After an extra 45 min @ 1 am the strobe lights stopped, and we finally could go to sleep."

"I wish they had some literature in the room to describe what the facilities offered and possibly a map showing how to get to the pool. Also wish there were more towel racks and clothing hooks in the dressing/sink area. Also think the full link dressing mirror should be moved off the wall that faces the dressing area AND sleeping area. NOT all guests would be comfortable with their reflection being seen in various states of undress by other occupants who are sharing the room - these might be children, adult relatives, or even just friends. Put the full length mirror IN THE DRESSING/WASHING AREA."
