"Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe enough to leave anything in the room. I have just listed the high points of our stay. I am embarrassed for Red Lion and Expedia to have offered this property."

"To start the internet was bad, could not use two devices simultaneously. The TV likely had internet channels instead of true cable was therefore almost unwatchable due to the bad internet. The bathroom light was constantly flickering in the bathroom. These things would not have earned it a terrible rating, however, there was a leak in the room overnight, either from the air conditioner which was very loud or worse possibly through the wall due to the storm the previous night. My daughter had a fabric computer bag on the floor next to the air conditioner and it was wet the next morning causing damage to a reference book and other paper items in the bag. Uncertain about the electronic charger condition as it has not yet been used. The desk clerk offered a 15% off for our next stay at that Days Inn which was declined since we are not going back there. Then they offered 15% refund on the stay after I stated I was not staying at another Days Inn and mentioned I would check with my insurance. The manager he contacted finally approved a 20% refund which I accepted at the time as we needed to get on the road to avoid deteriorating weather conditions on our route. The 20% refund would not cover the replacement cost of the damaged items. I will be confirming they actually did implement the refund. I would not recommend this location."

"Hotel was nice, room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that most restaurants were closed during my 5 day stay. The Burger Joint was open and I witnessed a staff member arguing with a customer. Neither was letting it go and had to have the last word. The Cafe was open in the mornings and I witnessed another incident with a staff member getting hateful with a customer. My last morning the same staff member was hateful with me because I wasn’t standing in the right place to order a coffee to go. It’s not like it was busy and it was the same place I stood the previous mornings. For hotel and casino purposes it’s a great place to stay. If you’re looking to eat there just know it’s slim pickins and you might get your head bit off by a worker."

"What a nightmare!!! If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room. There was a small fee associated with that $50 deposit. When we walked to our room, there were people sitting outside of the room chatting and drinking. Not sure if they are section 8 tenants or something else. We didn't feel safe, because the room door will not lock properly and it does not have a security latch. We had to move chair to hold against the door. There was one tiny bar soap for two of use and a small pack of shampoo and conditioner. Only one set of bath towels. The only positive of this location is the king bed which feels comfortable. Our entire night was to wake up and check on our car making sure there is no break in. This hotel is tugged in the back of a small street. Very scary."
