「The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. 」
「Great property! Best blackout shades I’ve ever had in my life! Friendly staff. I wish the room would have included glassware for drinks instead of just paper cups. Located close to tons of restaurants and close to streetcar line. 」
「The motel was clean, our room was spacious and very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the breakfast is not included. We had to use valet parking because there are not many places to safely park in the area. The valet were helpful and got our car to us quickly. We would stay there again.」
「Great place to stay. Hotel staff was amazing. Will stay here again. Bar staff probably needs some training. Cosmos and expresso martini were good. The dirty martini was undrinkable and we still had to pay for it. 」
