"This is by far the best hotel in the Kansas City metro area. The staff is personable and always goes above and beyond. Upscale rooms with amazing views, amenities and in close proximity to a lot of local attractions. 10 out of 10!"

"The room we stayed at did have hot water. There was a stain on one of the couches and the other had pet hair. "

"Very friendly staff and nice rooms! My only complaint was the parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner there wasn't a single parking spot left. I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot. "

"Asked for housekeeping to refresh room. Came back 6 hours later and it wasn’t cleaned. Front desk didn’t explain hotel amenities etc at checkin like other hotels do. They were rushing us even though there wasn’t a line waiting. "
