"The room we stayed at did have hot water. There was a stain on one of the couches and the other had pet hair. "

"Very friendly staff and nice rooms! My only complaint was the parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner there wasn't a single parking spot left. I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot. "

"Asked for housekeeping to refresh room. Came back 6 hours later and it wasn’t cleaned. Front desk didn’t explain hotel amenities etc at checkin like other hotels do. They were rushing us even though there wasn’t a line waiting. "

"Absolutely loved my stay. The most comfortable bed and beautiful decor. Def better than the normal hotel I typically stay during business trips. I highly recommend the truitt and can’t wait to return "
