"We only stayed for one night having come in town for a concert. Didn’t feel the staff, upon arrival, was very welcoming and was disappointed that they did not have phone charging cords to loan when my traveling companion forgot hers. I ordered a salad at the bar. It took 30 minutes to come, and included onions, which I asked them to hold and was served with balsamic dressing when I requested ranch. After waiting 30 minutes, I just accepted it as is. Our room was nice and we both slept well. I guess I just expected more from Marriott."

"A/C didn’t work in the room. Pool was closed with no ahead notice. Fridge wasn’t cold when we got into the room. Really disappointed."

"The room we stayed at did have hot water. There was a stain on one of the couches and the other had pet hair. "

"Very friendly staff and nice rooms! My only complaint was the parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner there wasn't a single parking spot left. I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot. "

"Asked for housekeeping to refresh room. Came back 6 hours later and it wasn’t cleaned. Front desk didn’t explain hotel amenities etc at checkin like other hotels do. They were rushing us even though there wasn’t a line waiting. "
