"The staff is always friendly at Stoney Creek and for being a gold member. I got a complementary upgrade to one of the themed rooms with a hot tub included in the room. It was an absolute delight to stay here at this. They have a great selection for breakfast and the pool is open and clean."

"A lovely historic hotel. The Spa was top notch. The 3 Owls restaurant was phenomenal. And the desk staff were friendly, quick, & knowledgeable. The Ghost tour is a lovely bit of local color. I would recommend ppl opt to stay here rather than KC."

"Dirty room, had to request a new room since the floor in bathroom and carpet Dirty. The new room was also not clean. Traveling with small children, do not stay at this location with children, it is Dirty and also smells like weed, either people satying smoking weed or the help. Avoid and will not stay at this location on future trips"

"It was a very quick visit. Shuttle drivers and staff were excellent. Check in out out was quick. Room was very clean however I did find a bug in the bathroom. I told the staff upon checkout and they were very receptive and grateful. I would definitely come back"
