「Everything was amazing from check in to check out 」

「Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating...

「Excellent location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Allowed us a late checkout on New Years Day because I had a race that morning which would put us back at the hotel a little late. Obviously lots of late checkout requests that day. The lady who checked us in, remembered details from our check-in about what all we were doingand referenced it at checkout」

「The room and accommodations were great! The room was clean and fresh with no odors of smoking or air fresheners to mask unpleasant smells, which often is unpleasant in itself. The elevators from the parking garage to the rooms were nice to have, as well as covered parking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with Crowne Plaza, and we will definitely be back again.」
