「Did what I needed it to do.」

「The staff was nice and professional and the room was clean and orderly. It's located in a nice part of town with lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I would change was the bed and pillows as they were too soft for my liking.」

「My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am...

「Stayed one night. It is a motel not hotel. Tried to checkin at 2:53pm. Debra said to wait 7 minutes as she had people waiting. Why are we waiting? Because its policy although rooms were ready. Reminded me of DMV. Room had a smell of old HVAC system. Most guests were local workers or residents. Cheap but what you get is a motel.」

「ok」

「100% nicer than the Hampton down the street」

「The property is in a remodel. But it was clean and organized. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs at 7 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday. The lady helping did not speak very good English.」

「Staff was helpful but the overall appearance, cleanliness, and story wise was horrible. Poor place needs to be bulldozed ! Carpets are torn and nasty, paint on the walls don’t match, holes and spackle , tub was creaking when in use, headboards with horrible scary stains, beds and pillows were old and unable. People smoking on the 3rd floor rooms, towels were rough and thin. Moldy caulking , dirty vents and broken ptac machines. Breakfast was good. Kids loud and running around with out parents...

「From the moment I got there, I was greeted in a friendly manner by the desk clerk. He engaged me in conversation and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and made up nicely. I had a great view of the parking lot where my truck was and that was nice. The bed was comfortable and I would have slept great but super loud motorcycles on nearby I-70 would wake me up. Not the hotel's fault, just saying. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious and well maintained. Even...

「This hotel is not well maintained. The floors in the elevator and front stairway were quite dirty. One of the table lamps in the room had a broken switch and it was plugged into an outlet where only one side worked The shower faucet flow was low causing a long wait for hot water This hotel provided probably the worst breakfast we've had at a hotel. Both days there were biscuits and sausage patties No eggs or gravy for biscuits. Waffle batter had a sour taste indicating old or not stored...
