「First of all the front desk lady attention was outstanding , lovely and polite . The hotel location is perfect for your road trip rest time , it’s super clean . In addition to that the breakfast area opens at 6am but we have to leave around 5 am and the staff allowed us to get what we need while they were preparing it. That was amazing 100% recommended」

「The breakfast had very little to offer compared to other places. My biggest complaint was the dirty bathtub rusting fixtures in the tub and overall chipped furniture and the terrible sagging bed. This place needs an overhaul. I won't stay there again.」

「Several missing light bulbs, switches that did nothing, broken shower door handle, no holders for shampoo etc. Shower door didn't stay closed. Water got all over floor. NO ROOFTOP LOUNGE!!! OLD. SMALL. NOT like the photos online. No mention of $5 parking till check in. . So many broken things: towel rod, towel holder, kleenex holder. Moulding coming off wall. Mold on bathroom ceiling that was caving in. I have many photos. I would not stay here again although the breakfast was good.」

The handicap room on the 3rd floor was clean and nicely decorated, my only 2 concerns were that the shower adjustment on a sliding rod was broken. And the other was the reception on the t.v. was very bad all the stations were grainy the product of cheap Internet 」

My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere.
