Nice hotel, staff was very polite. The bar is lacking kind of part of the lobby. Besides that room was fine. One elevator was not working, but those things happen. Great location lots of stores and food near by.

The air conditioner was not working properly in the room. Called the front desk and maintenance was at the door in no time. He was able to solve the problem and we were able to rest comfortably. We had a wonderful view of the pond. Beds were comfortable.

The property, people, room, and the food was outstanding. Very classy hotel. Cece was a joy to be around in the Bar/Dining area. No need to stay anywhere else.
