If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."
"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking.
2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed.
House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."

The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

"I stayed in this hotel with my family they gave us a total package including airport pick-up and drop-off, Ha Long Bay Cruise and city tour. Our experience was really pleasant.
The hotel is located just a minute walk from Hoa Kiem Lake and city center. The room (two king size bed for family of four) may not be overly spacious but it was very stylish, clean and tidy. Breakfast is very tasty, I would recommend beef noodle, "Pho Bo".
But the strongest point of this hotel is staff professionalism and friendliness. You can feel it from the personalized check-in. They call us by the name, and they (all of staff) are always informed of our requests regardless they are made previously or during the stay. They were always ready to assist us in finding restaurants (they choose very nice ones), city tours and extended use of a room for midnight departure. Overall, it is by far the finest hotel I experienced during my three-time travels to Hanoi."
"The service was exceptional, they were proactive in reaching out before we stayed there and allowed us to keep our bags there for a couple of days while we went trekking in Sa Pa. Our booking was half board, so we enjoyed the dinner (a la cart) from 6 to 10 pm. They offer either a set menu or a selection from a regular menu. The chicken and meat pho are very tasty (both are halal).
The hotel also offers a chocolate hour (5-6 pm) in the lobby, where you can enjoy a delicious treat of chocolate pieces, chocolate moose or cake, and fruits to be dippid in the chocolate fountain. The kids loved it!
