Excellent location to explore the streets of Hanoi. We were lucky enough to be there on a weekend when the street outside is pedestrianised, making it nice and quiet and a great place to explore the city with ease. The staff were fantastic and the amenities were perfect

Hotel is small but well laid out it is next to Hoan Kiem lake so convenient to Old Quarter and other shopping. Rooms are cute and kept very clean. Front desk , restaraunt, and Bell staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location for access to the lake. Staff very welcoming. Our room had a small internal window, which we didn't love and it wasn't clear when booking that that would be the case.

Excellent location, lovely staff, wonderful room. We splurged on the VIP room and it did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom. I cannot state enough how nice the staff were. The breakfast was great too, different options everyday. I would stay here repeatedly if I came back to Hanoi. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Do not hesitate to book here.

Best hotel experience

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Five star service by very friendly staff. Giang, Linh, Hou, Nhuang and all the staff were exceptional. Beautiful clean hotel with amazing rooftop views. Great location on the lake with many shops and cafes nearby. The hotel owns S’Patisserie next door which has great food as well. Enjoy!

A beautiful hotel right across from Hoan Kiem Lake. Thuy, Hau, Trong Nguyen and the rest of the front of house staff were friendly and informative, and my room was always kept nice and clean by the housekeeping team. There was even fresh fruit and cookies as a turn-down treat!The food in the restaurant was lovely, and there's a gorgeous on site cafe with a good selection of cakes. My airport pick up was good and hassle-free. Overall, would definitely recommend for an Hanoi visit as it is walking distance from many of the main sites.

WiFi worked better at the lake over the road than it did in my room. Bed was very comfortable, but the room was poky and dark, with a pointless window onto a light shaft, very claustrophobic.

We had such a wonderful 5-night stay at Silk Path! After a long trip to Hanoi, it was so nice to be greeted by such friendly faces immediately upon arrival. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable in a new place. They were attentive to all our needs and quick to give fantastic recommendations throughout our stay. We felt sad to leave our new friends but their hospitality make a return to this wonderful city a certainty. Excellent service

We were moved to another Silk Path Hotel in Hanoi as the air-conditioning had broken down on floor 8 where our rooms were. The replacement hotel was bigger and better and our rooms were upgraded. We also had breakfast thrown in. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, allowing us to store luggage for 2 days whilst we went on a cruise. On return we were allowed to use shower facilities before our return flight to the UK. The service from the hotel was excellent.

My husband and I stayed in Hanoi for 9 nights in July. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing hospitality from the front desk and concierge staff!! Everyday, no matter the time of day or night they greeted us (if not attending to other guests) and chatted with us, making us feel at home. They attended to our needs and requests with genuine care. Our room was beautiful-the air conditioning worked beautifully (a great escape from the outside heat!), the water pressure in the shower was PERFECT, and our mattress was extremely comfortable (just like our home mattress). The turn-down gift each day was so nice (we enjoyed the cookies.) We loved the room service/restaurant next door! The food was delicious and delivered to our room within a reasonable timeframe. We recommend the spaghetti bolognese and the Umami fried rice!! We want to thank some of the amazing staff by name: Thuy, Linh, Thao, Hoang as well as anyone else that assisted us during our stay (I apologize we didn’t get your name!) You guys are our “Silk Path family!!!” THANK YOU SO MUCH for making us feel like we were at home!!! We truly did not want to leave!!! We can’t wait to come back to Hanoi and stay at Silk Path Boutique Hotel!! 💕

I put this in my top 3 all-time hotel experiences. The room itself was great—all the expected accommodations and many more. Very comfortable, quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location if you’re going to explore the Old Town. The attached patisserie is a great spot for breakfast or a treat. But the thing that made this place so special was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Whether you need help with something or are looking for recommendations, they aim to please. On top of all that, my room was incredibly affordable. I would have happily stayed much longer if I could have.
