The hotel chose to disregard the email completely. No response even out of courtesy even if to say no to refund "

"Wonderful place! In the Old Quarter with its extreme hustle and bustle but it was quiet inside. Restaurants abound as well as small stores. Reception referred us to terrific nearby restaurant and helped us get out Grab vehicle (like Uber) that couldn’t reach us due to a traffic jam. Receptionists were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast food is quite satisfactory with great fresh food and omelettes. Laundry is quick and cheap. I would most definitely go back!"

"Situated in the heart of downtown Hanoi. I prefer nicer hotels, but was ok for the price. Room was clean, but view was ugly (room 501). It is an hotel for poor people. Breakfast is horrible and room for breakfast in basement very ugly. Not my type of hotel. "
