"We used this hotel as our 'base' as we visited other areas of northern Vietnam, they checked us in so we didnt have to go through it all again everytime we came back, they remembered us and always was friendly. They asked where we were off next and if it was bright and early in the morning, they would have a snall breakfast to takeaway for us! The room was clean and big enough to room around."

We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi. "Clean and comfortable in a good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but plenty of it, both European and Asian tastes catered for. They don't sell beer at their bar and all drink service stopped at 10pm. The laundry room was excellent and reasonably priced. "
